Cost of Living Surgery Announced by MP Anna Sabine

Anna Sabine, MP for Frome and East Somerset, has announced a Cost of Living Surgery to be held in Frome on Saturday 21st June, bringing together a range of local experts to offer advice and support on issues including energy, housing, debt, and wellbeing.

The event, taking place at Frome Town Hall from 10am to 12 noon, will operate as a drop-in session, with no appointment necessary. Residents are invited to come along and speak with Anna or one of the many specialists in attendance, who will be on hand to provide free, practical guidance tailored to the current economic climate.

Confirmed participants include representatives from Bristol Water, Fair Frome, the Centre for Sustainable Energy, Trinity Debt Advice, local village agents, and other community partners.

Anna said:

“With continuing uncertainty and growing financial pressure on households, it’s more important than ever that people know where to turn for support. This surgery is about making that support accessible in one place, and I’m very grateful to the organisations who are joining me to share their time and expertise.”

The event is free and open to all, with no booking required. Anyone concerned about rising costs or in need of advice is warmly encouraged to attend.
