Anna was elected in 2024 to the newly formed constituency of Frome and East Somerset after a career in business and the charity sector.
As Frome & East Somerset's first ever MP, Anna is leading campaigns to improve road safety locally and at a national level as well as championing improvements for access to rural services like buses, pharmacies and dependable broadband. Anna continues to meet and work with local groups on improving environmental matters like the health of our rivers, as well as working to support constituents struggling with the cost of living.

In September 2025, Anna was made Lib Dem spokesperson for the Department of Culture, Media and Sport, and she she sits on a range of All Party Parliamentary Groups on issues ranging from suicide and self-harm prevention, to radiotherapy, and music education.

Anna lives in Frome with her family, their dog, Buddy and kitten, Noodle.
